Must Pass Inspection
Must Be Licensed
Must have Factory Glass
Must be Insured
Must have DOT Approved Tires on all 4
Must have Working Windshield Wipers
Cage and Safety Equipment OK
Trucks may have Alternate Rear Glass to Accommodate Cage

Centrifugal clutch or torque converter
No manual clutch, no shifting
